Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for new talent. We are currently looking for an experienced Treasurer in Poland.
Requirements:
- Finance education
- Experience as a Treasurer, Accountant, Economist, or Banking specialist at manufacturing/trading companies or Banks for a minimum of 2 years
- Upper-intermediate English and Polish both spoken and written is a must for communication within the group
- Proficient user of i-banking systems, and finance software
- Strong ability in analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
- Critically thinking mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Full execution of payments, inc. fx-transactions via Client - Bank for ASP and Spanish, German, Italian, UK, Nether, US, and Canadian subsidiaries
- Specialist will post in Comarch and 1C bank statements (including transactions on corporate cards) daily
- Preparation of payment budget for ASP and tracking budgeted amounts vs factual payments (i.e. performing finance controlling responsibilities)
- Support the current processes of KYC, financial monitoring, opening the accounts, issuing corporate cards, etc.)
- Monitoring and operating the daily liquidity, inc. placing the deposits, cash-pooling
- Actively taking part in the credit processes and forming documentary instruments
- Help the Head of Treasury in communication with Banks and provide comments in case some requests from current banks
- Will work in a matrix organization, adeptly managing responsibilities and reporting to two supervisors while coordinating closely with various teams
