SAP HCM Consultant (Non-Residents) – responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP Human Capital Management modules, with a specific focus on managing personnel who are non-residents of the country (foreign employees). The specialist ensures the adaptation of HR processes in SAP in compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and the specifics of accounting for non-residents. The role involves collaboration with HR, payroll, finance, and legal departments, as well as participation in implementing new solutions and integrating with other systems.
Requirements for Experience:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years as an SAP HCM Consultant. Experience in Poland is considered an advantage.
- Practical Knowledge: Hands-on experience configuring SAP modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll), and Time Management, with a focus on Polish-specific implementations being a plus.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Polish labor laws, especially in relation to workforce management and payroll.
- International Context: Proven experience in supporting and enhancing SAP HCM solutions in an international environment or for companies employing foreign personnel.
- Project Lifecycle: Participation in the full SAP project lifecycle, including analysis, blueprint creation, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
- Integration: Preferably, experience integrating SAP HCM with EC (Employee Central) or other external HR systems.

Proficiency in working with User Exits and BAdI for customizing standard logic.
Ability to read code and write simple specifications.
Knowledge of IDOC, RFC, ALE, and integration with external systems.
Understanding requirements for managing non-resident employees, including taxation, social contributions, foreign contracts, and multi-currency payments.

Work with SAP HCM in S/4HANA and HRMS environments.
Analyze HR processes related to non-resident employees and transform them into SAP HCM solutions.
Configure SAP HCM submodules (PA, OM, PY, and Time) with consideration for non-resident employee specifics.
Adapt payroll calculation schemes to meet non-resident tax requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and user instructions.
Participate in testing and launching new processes and functionalities.
Provide end-user support (2nd and 3rd line).
Identify and implement opportunities for automating HR processes.
Collaborate with legal and financial departments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Contribute to the implementation of new SAP HCM functionalities and adapt them to company needs.
