Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for new talent. We are currently looking for an experienced Treasurer in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Finance education
- Experience as a Treasurer, Accountant, Economist, Banking specialist at manufacturing/trading companies or Banks for a minimum of 2 years
- Upper-Intermediate English and Ukrainian\russian both spoken and written is a must for communication within the group
- Proficient user of the i-banking systems, finance software;
- Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
- Critically thinking mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the payments approval process and payment runs, manage daily cash flows to optimize liquidity
- Ensure compliance with debt covenants
- Ensure compliance with all relevant treasury regulations and requirements.
- Manage KYC processes with banks
- Negotiate favorable credit, loan, and cash management terms (incl financial instruments LC, CAD).
- Implement and utilize treasury systems and tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other business units to support cross-functional financial goals.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to a highly skilled treasury team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Perform specific duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
