About the Role
We're looking for a part time Community Coordinator who is passionate about fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace. In this role, you'll be the heart of our office, ensuring a positive and productive environment for everyone. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day elements that make our office shine, from coordinating engaging monthly birthday lunches and overseeing office maintenance and cleaning services to directly supporting our P&C team with exciting cultural activities and a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. If you're a proactive, people-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

    • Greet delivery drivers and guests as they arrive at the office, directing them to the required teams
    • Support the P&C team in developing and delivering cultural events throughout the year, including our annual Culture Calendar and Global Secret Santa
    • Support the P&C team onboarding new team members, including office tours and arranging desk/equipment & set up
    • Manage office stocktake, maintaining accurate resource levels (kitchen, bathrooms, meeting rooms)
    • Act as a direct contact for our office cleaners, communicating any issues and providing feedback as necessary
    • Plan monthly birthday lunches for the team with consideration of dietary requirements and team requests
    • Manage employee anniversaries and birthdays (birthday voucher reminders & monitoring, anniversary gifts, etc) 
    • Support individual teams execute and plan cultural initiatives within their department culture budgets
    • Support warehouse and HQ teams with any ad hoc requirements

Skills & Experience

    • 1-2+ years experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or community focussed role
    • Highly organised with developed time management and event coordination skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • A proactive, resourceful and collaborative approach
