We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented and martech-savvy individual that can set up and manage highly-segmented digital marketing campaigns with ease. This person should be able to create one-stop-shop dashboards that pull in data from a variety of sources to report on performance by campaign and channel, as well as track attribution as prospects move through a customer journey.

    • Work hand-in-hand with Business Development Associates (first-touch sales team members) to ensure MQLs are followed up on by sales and convert as many as possible to scheduled appointments. Create a strong partnership with sales to ensure programs align with sales expectations and encourage continuous communication
    • Analyze marketing data and deploy A/B testing of campaign tactics (messaging, subject lines, outreach, content, targets, etc.) to continuously optimize our website, landing pages, ads, emails, and campaign actions for conversation and engagement. Measure cost per lead to advice on marketing campaign efficiency.
    • Implement and manage the AKASA marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesforce marketing automation, email marketing tools, social and retargeting ad platforms, and analytics tools.
