Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Tsaile Health Center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and be well-versed in providing high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Location : Tsaile Health Center
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all care provided.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions, responding to changes in their status effectively.
Utilize advanced nursing techniques and adhere to all safety and infection control policies.
Educate patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and preventive healthcare measures.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital regulations and documentation standards.
Participate in emergency and trauma care, applying ACLS, BLS, and PALS (Preferred)
Work efficiently in a culturally diverse healthcare environment, providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital or clinical setting.
Current and unrestricted RN license.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (must be valid).
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in emergency, medical-surgical, or critical care nursing is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday ( 40 hours/week)
