Work Schedule:
Weekday shifts: 8 or 12 hours
Weekend shifts: 4 hours
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
No standby or on-call required

Job Summary:
Akicita Federal is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide outpatient services at WWKMHCC under a non-personal services contract. Nurses will deliver comprehensive patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support preventive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care consults.
-Administer treatments including oral medications, injections, and IV medications.
-Operate equipment such as EKGs, glucometers, and BP monitors.
-Provide education to patients and families on health care management.
-Document care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) per facility policies.
-Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure adherence to RN scope of practice.
-Assist with scheduling and handling patient calls.
-Maintain professionalism and high customer service standards.
-Participate in facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs.
-Comply with all infection control, safety, and CMS standards.
-Support facility compliance with Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience: At least 1 year of recent RN experience in an outpatient or ambulatory setting.
Must pass FBI Fingerprint check and OIG Exclusion List screening.

Additional Requirements:
-Two (2) reference letters, including one from most recent supervisor
