Role Overview
As a Placement Agent, you will play a critical role in sourcing investors and institutional Limited Partners (LPs) to provide growth capital for our acquisition strategy. You will leverage your network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and healthcare-focused funds to secure commitments.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in private equity fundraising, investor relations, or placement agent services who are motivated by performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities
-Source and engage potential investors aligned with healthcare private equity strategies
-Present the firm’s acquisition strategy, deal pipeline, and value proposition to LPs
-Manage the fundraising process from initial outreach to closing commitments
-Maintain investor relationships and provide updates on fundraising progress
-Work collaboratively with the leadership team to align capital raising with acquisition timelines

Compensation
Commission-based structure: 1–2% of the total committed capital raised
Payments structured upon successful closings/fund commitments

Qualifications
-Proven track record in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or institutional fundraising
-Strong investor network, particularly with LPs, family offices, and institutional investors
-Experience working with healthcare-related investments strongly preferred
-Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently under a commission model
-Understanding of SEC and broker-dealer compliance in capital raising preferred
