- You have digital marketing experience preferably in B2B companies operating in the technology sector, min. 3-4+ years of working experience, (e-commerce experience is preferred)

- You have demonstrable experience in managing email, social media and advertising campaigns,

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS POSITION?
- Creates and develops Akinon's digital marketing roadmap,
- Develops a digital marketing strategy by performing needs analysis and monitoring the competition, manages the whole process with multi-region working discipline,
- Creates, manages and optimizes international performance marketing channels; paid-per-click listing, programmatic & display advertising,
- Monitors, maintains and optimizes keywords, ads, budget caps and KPIs
- Manages all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency,
- Work closely with website function, improves design, user experience, traffic and content. Mentors the design and implementation of all marketing campaigns to improve the overall online presence of the website (push & mobile marketing, email marketing etc…)
- Moderates, analyzes, reports channel & promotion performances,
- Manages and improves all online blog posts, digital & strategic content with SEO and Google Analytics,
- Manages the digital marketing agency that will enable the marketing department to run towards its main goal,
- Manages social media channels, organizes campaigns that will increase Akinon's awareness in the sector on platforms that will attract partners and customers, and target important customers, ensures the discovery of sales channels,
- Ensures consistent brand messaging is maintained across all platforms,
- Measures the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluates them according to the reports and targets (KPI & OKR),
- Identifies trends and optimize performance based on insights,
- Work in close contact with the managers of other functions,
- Develops and manages all aspects of the company's digital marketing campaigns,
- Helps defining and executing account-based marketing campaigns.
