⭐️ Mission ⭐️

CRO Associate supports the Chief Revenue Officer to achieve the company’s objectives on growth, sales efficiency, and go-to-market strategy.  
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support tasks for Alan. 
Concretely, you will support, own, and/or lead key strategic go-to-market projects, enhancing sales efficiency, expanding our network with key prospects and clients, and driving significant growth initiatives, depending on the top priorities in the companies and the need to add more support or ownership to a strategic initiative.

The scope of intervention is very wide, and will offer an exceptional visibility to numerous parts of the go-to-market plan.

Missions will depend on the agenda of the company, and will vary over time. You will intervene during a few months on a topic to own it, or accelerate it. 

Below are the main examples (not exhaustive):

- Strategic Project support: Take ownership of streams of critical go-to-market initiatives, driving them from conception to execution. It can be either greenfield topics, or additional support on a major driver of Alan’s performance that requires additional brain power (go-to-market plan, 0 to 1 initiatives…).
- Sales Efficiency Improvement: Bring specific help in the sales process and implement solutions to enhance overall sales productivity (new sales tooling, AI, etc.)
- Networking and Relationship Building: Help the Revenue Lead and other senior Alaner and  relationships with key prospects and clients to expand the company's market presence
- Supporting the Revenue Lead on strategic discussions : You will help the Revenue lead build convictions and contribute efficiently on various topics, by being identified as a point of contact on key initiatives, to ensure scalability and consistency of the execution of the go-to-market plan.
- Communication : You will help the Revenue lead leverage external communication to maximize Alan’s visibility towards key targeted audiences you will have defined
- Deep dive on major deals / clients: You will provide ad hoc support on strategic deals to increase materially chances of success both at acquisition and renewal.

What skills are required for this role  

- 0 to 3 years of experience in operations, business strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the tech or insurance industry.
