⭐️ The Risk & Control role ⭐️

As the Risk & Control owner, you will build and put into action solid plans to manage our operational risks. You will help the team make sure we operate efficiently and in line with the rules.

Risk management
- Strengthen our system for identifying, assessing and prioritizing risk management actions
- Expand risk management reflexes throughout the company and assist teams in designing and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Challenge our risk appetite and propose relevant risk metrics to monitor our strategy and risk exposure

Regulatory
- Support our discussions with insurance regulators and contribute to the opening of new countries of operation
- Lead the production and maintenance of key regulatory reports (ORSA) and policies

Internal Control
- Strengthen our framework for internal control processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Drive efforts to ensure proper documentation and communicability of controls to third-party partners
- Support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors

You will work closely with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, especially the Risk (e.g. Matthieu Chauvigny, Romain Picabea), the Legal (eg. Elise Toureau), the Ops (eg. Julie Pouzols) and the Security (eg. Thomas Quinot) communities.

- Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand every part of our operations
- Constructive mindset and creative approach to identified risks and challenges
- Good understanding of risk concepts and familiarity with operating in a regulated environment
- Excellent written communication skills in English; French proficiency preferred
- Ability to shape organizational strategy and processes with a distributed approach to risk management
- Comfort with analyzing data and developing user-friendly dashboards to monitor risk indicators
