⭐️ The Key Account Management Team at Alan ⭐️
Our Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan. Our team has been created recently in 2022 and is composed of 2 people. We are looking for 1 amazing profile to help us consolidate the foundation of the team, continue building it and help us take care of our growing pipe. Being a Key Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts, with different backgrounds.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
⭐️ Your mission ⭐️
- The KAM associate’s mission is to facilitate the renewal campaign through 3 main drivers:
i) Be the first line of communication for Admin questions related to the renewal campaign.
ii) Be in charge of getting the new contracts signed and setting up onboarding.
iii) Make sure that all accounts have meetings booked to be informed on the renewal.
- The KAM associate will also collaborate closely with the Customer Support Managers and the Customer Marketeer in order to build from scratch our account management/customer engagement playbook.
- The KAM associate will be the connecting link between KAM, Care & Claims, CSM & account admins during the renewal process.
⭐️ Your responsibilities ⭐️
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions from customer admins related to upsells or renewal.
- Outreach existing customers with the objective of booking meetings for KAM’s to present our new health partner vision
- Support KAM’s in preparing and following up on renewal meetings with existing customers with the objective of delivering on the renewal campaign KPI’s.
- Nurture the relationship with key accounts companies that have questions after the first contact with KAM.
- Administrative role to organize onboardings, get the contract signed and inform admins about the next steps after renewal (in collaboration with the CSM).
- Report on the progress of the renewal campaign.

- Fluent in Dutch, French and English

- Experience in a B2B digital company working with HRs as clients on adoption challenges
