Join our Business Strategy & Operations team to define growth strategies, understand and explain performance metrics, and enable one of the tech industry's most effective Sales teams.

⭐️ Your mission ⭐️

In this role, you’ll develop our Sales Academy to update and enhance the skills of our global Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring they stay updated on crucial topics: sales skills, insurance, legal environment, and product mastery.

What you will do if you join the team:
* Learning programs: Own the design and delivery of our learning programs.
- Engage with stakeholders, leverage data, field observations, and feedback to identify training needs.
- Design the training plan, coordinate with stakeholders on content creation within defined timelines.
- Push for innovative and creative ways to upskill and train our sales teams
- Drive program adoption to maximize attendance and awareness.
- Ensure programs align with the company's strategic objectives (growth, retention, upsell) and assess their impact.
- Define a skills reinforcement strategy for continuous team improvement.
* Event Organization: Organize key training events ensuring effective and delightful learning experiences.
* Documentation: Keep our documentation and sales playbooks up to date. 
* Sales Enablement Tech Stack: Drive adoption on our Sales Enablement Tech Stack and partner with external stakeholders as needed.

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range.

    • Experience in a similar role in a B2B company or in Sales/Sales Operations.
    • Project management skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Pedagogical skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
    • Skills in empathy, listening, and collaboration.
    • Continuous growth and improvement mindset, with curiosity for the latest learning techniques and tools.
    • Business sense and a KPI-driven mindset.
    • Fluency in French and English required; Spanish is a plus.
