Being Demand generation lead at Alan means joining a cross-functional team and being at heart of the company's growth.  
You will work hand in hand with product marketing and content managers as well as with the sales, product and data communities.


What will you do as Demand generation lead at Alan?

The role of the Demand Generation Lead is to drive the global demand generation strategy, budget resources, target outcomes, KPIs and development of a strong lead generation engine.

- Drive acquisition strategy and build at scale: define appropriate sources and channels to increase traffic (paid/organic), define lead generation and nurturing models to optimize sales conversion - in close collaboration with Sales Strategy & Operations
- Engagement: develop a deep understanding of Alan core target audiences and build smart strategies and campaigns to engage this audience effectively
- Conversion: own and optimize funnels end-to-end to optimize conversion rates
- Growth: identify and explore new growth opportunities that could drive new business for Alan
- Monitoring: define and monitor KPIs, track performance at each step of the funnel, adjust strategy to reach quantitative and qualitative targets while maximizing ROI and ensuring profitability
- Business alignment: work closely with the broader marketing, brand, and product communities to amplify Alan positioning; ensure a perfect marketing-sales alignment; share performance and insights about the acquisition strategy across Units
- International: ensure coordination with Spain and Belgium 
- Coaching: build, grow and inspire a high-performing demand generation team; create playbooks for the successful development of growth skills (SEO, SEM, funnel optimization…)


You will be a good fit for the role if you have:

- Experience in B2B demand generation, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance (international experience is a plus)
- Both strategic thinking and hands-on
- Experience building at scale in a hyper-growth environment
- Excellent analytical skills, KPI-driven
- Strong leadership
- Soft skills: Empathy, humility, ability to take and give feedback.
