⭐️ Your mission

Alan is looking for an intern to join its Talent Acquisition team and revolutionize its approach to recruitment through talent pooling. Your mission: build an ambitious strategy that allows us to anticipate our recruitment needs a quarter in advance!

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate immense curiosity, great creativity, and a strong analytical mindset. Passionate and curious, you’re interested in large-scale data challenges, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to build the recruitment of tomorrow.

By joining Alan, you will become part of a unique Talent Acquisition team, composed of experienced and talented profiles, at the heart of a fast-growing company. 

A unique opportunity to develop an expertise in recruitment from A to Z, to have a concrete and measurable impact by attracting the best talents, while being in close contact with our operational teams. All in a spirit of constant conquest and innovation!

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire at the Level A0. We look for someone for 4 months minimum, ideally 6 months, starting in July.

⭐️ What you will do ⭐️

    • Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment needs of each team (tech, product, marketing, ops...) and the key skills sought.
    • Identify, source, and qualify the best candidate profiles to integrate into our talent pools, leveraging our database of hundreds of thousands of candidates.
    • Build and execute innovative and impactful activation campaigns (segmentation, content, sequencing, impact measurement).
    • Continuously analyze the quality of the talent pipeline using reports and dashboards, in close coordination with the Talent Analytics team.
    • Work hand in hand with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes
    • Propose, test, and industrialize new ideas and new mechanisms to continuously improve our talent pooling strategy.
    • Contribute to the routines of the Talent Acquisition team, own some ad-hoc projects which could arise.
