JOB PURPOSE
• Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
• Create data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns based on lead scoring and nurture programs
• Create campaigns in CRM for tracking and automation, including importing database into campaigns
• Work with stakeholders across organization to ensure that communications executed in support of brand strategy and in accordance with best practices
• Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
• To use AB testing tools, measure campaigns performance.
• Create content when required
• Manage operational/Experiential calendar for CRM and marketing campaigns and advise on best practices for deliverability, engagement, and analytics
• Support the development and building of engagement and nurture programs, including ongoing campaigns to manage all stages of contact/lead/opportunity nurturing development
• Support the CRM Manager with the budget planning process, communication and marketing plan development
• Maintain customers database, prepare survey & EDM/SMS/WhatsApp in Qualtrics platform and execute survey campaigns
• Research and understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts programs within the business and assigned departments
• Work with the wider marketing team to ensure inspiring and relevant content for use within CRM programs
• Provide management information on performance against SLA as well as remediation & improvement initiatives
• Coordinating with Corporate DT Team to provide and implement a seamless communication solutions to handle customer communication
• Closely working with Sales Team and marketing team to plan in advance to setup communication for launches & sales events & engagement
• Working with Strategy voice of customer team configure Qualtrics platform and execute the communication/surveys/EDM/SMS /WhatsApp in timely manner

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 6+ years of experience in Communications and Marketing in a real estate industry within the GCC region.

Real estate sector
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Extensive knowledge in CRM related activities, such as developing quick solutions and supporting business during sales launch
Deep understanding of Suspect to Lead & Sales Processes
Experience in making data-driven decisions using email analytics, A/B testing, and campaign-specific reports and dashboards
Excellent understanding of CRM strategy, planning, data driven Marketing, CRM and customer life cycle
Deep understanding of Oracle Eloqua is a must and able to handle multiple technologies.
Working knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Qualtrics application is a must.
Good understanding of Web, CMS, and related technologies.
Expertise in Developing marketing campaign based on business criticality and coordinating with different business and develop the sales launch campaigns.
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Expert knowledge of leading email marketing strategies and email marketing best practices
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
