JOB PURPOSE
Support the execution of retail management strategy by analyzing financials, managing P&Ls, and support asset acquisitions, disposals, and transformations. Collaborate with teams to optimize asset performance, track financial targets, and identify investment opportunities for growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the execution of Retail Management Strategy, prepare detailed P&L statements, and consolidate financials for review by asset managers.
• Support the development pipeline by collaborating with AI-DM for timely asset delivery.
• Conduct market studies and coordinate acquisitions, managing the integration and handover of newly acquired assets.
• Analyze underperforming assets (IRR, ROI, ROE) to recommend disposals or transformations.
• Monitor the P&L for assigned retail assets, ensuring financial targets are met through strategies like rent pricing and tenant mix.
• Assist in building business cases for asset transformations and manage P&L for community malls, advising on rent rolls, pricing, and asset operations.
• Analyze market trends and perform financial analysis on potential acquisitions, disposals, or transformations to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying investment opportunities. Coordinate with Retail GMs to identify synergies, optimize performance, and track monthly operational and financial targets.
• Provide insights to SVP Asset Management on cross-retail strategies, rent pricing, leasing/tenant mix, and KPIs to enhance asset performance and customer satisfaction.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 8+ years of related experience in managing retail asset properties with annual revenue in excess of AED 1Bn million

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
• Experience in retail management i.e., malls and community retail
• Strong exposure to GCC real estate market
• Experience in Property Management and respective remedial auctions

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or economics, MBA
