JOB PURPOSE
The Vice president of Digital Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing Aldar digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This role focuses on driving growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement through digital channels, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing and emerging technologies. This role requires you to collaborate with the Digital Futures team and Group Technology to ensure objectives are aligned and deliver measurable results.
 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
       Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, and community engagement.
       Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
       Work closely with Aldar’s communications and social media teams to ensure alignment across all digital platforms
       Handle all media buying requirements in collaboration with the designated media buying agency.
       Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
2. Performance & Growth Marketing
       Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM.
       Drive a data-driven marketing approach, leveraging analytics to improve ROI.
       Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure performance meet or exceed benchmarks.
       Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
       Provide website analysis and analytics in monthly dashboards.
3. Brand & Content Strategy
       Oversee the creation and execution of compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with target audiences.
       Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels.
       Lead storytelling initiatives, leveraging video, interactive content, and live experiences to deepen audience engagement.
       Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across digital platforms.
       Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, to enhance brand authority and engagement.
       Developing and maintaining a robust content calendar focused on key areas such as Community, Sustainability, Welfare, and Employer of Choice.
       Oversee website strategy, UX/UI improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
       Ensure bilingual Arabic/English integrity of the intended message, consistent within corporate guidelines and brand positioning
       Lead coordination with Aldar business units to ensure timely and updated content (images, information, videos) across digital channels.
4. Customer Engagement & Personalization
       Enhance customer experience by leveraging AI, automation, and personalization strategies.
       Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted messaging and improve retention.
       Implement CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline communication and nurture leads.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
       Work closely with the business to ensure a seamless digital experience.
       Partner with external agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
       Support corporate communications, PR, and employer branding initiatives.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
·       10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
·       Arabic (Native) and English (Fluent) language skills.
·       Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels.
·       Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.
·       Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and attribution modeling.
·       Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
·       Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
·       Experience in Prop-tech, digital-first industries.
·       Knowledge of AI-driven marketing, automation, and data-driven personalization.
·       Raising brand awareness
 
QUALIFICATION(S):
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design or related field.
