JOB PURPOSE
 Develop digital marketing & social media strategy including digital marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in local markets
 
 Enhance Aldar brand awareness within the digital space, drive online brand dominance, online brand reputation, website traffic and acquiring leads/customers

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Develop digital marketing strategy by studying real estate purchase indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  Develop a framework for Aldar Development social media presence
   Improve and maintain relations with customers via online presence and social media formats
 Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  Ensure marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term challenges in the digital market that need to be addressed and recommend options and approaches to counteract them
   Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  Manage implementation of corporate communications guidelines in digital marketing
 Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
   Analyze current and future market trends and report to relevant stakeholders
  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
  Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
   Oversee web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
 Manage performance reporting of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
   Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

• Min of 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications and digital marketing.

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION:
Min of 2+ years of managerial experience

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
   Real Estate sector
   Experience in managing digital media performance agencies

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
   Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
   Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
   Able to identify and work with affiliates and lead generation companies
  Able to establish partnerships with key digital companies
  Strong project management and people management
  Excellent communication and writing/presentation skills
  Able to identify target audiences and device digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate experience
  Strong analytical and critical thinking 

QUALIFICATION
        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing or related field.
        MBA preferred
