JOB PURPOSE
•Act as liaison or interface between stakeholders, senior executives, board members and
•administrative staff on protocol requirements during VIP visits to Aldar assets/events.
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, federal offices, ministries, and embassies.
•Perform and manage any ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by the GCEO.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure standard level of services are delivered.
•Plan and manage the protocol and logistical arrangements for the GCEO as well as VIP’s visiting Aldar assets/events.
•Provide instruction, assistance, and support in the development of communications and protocols across the various stages of planning and delivery of functions, events, VIP visits and ceremonies.
•Direct the delegates of Aldar and prepare the needful arrangements to make sure VIP’s are always receiving the appropriate hospitality treatment.
•Acts as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among senior executives, board members, middle management, and administrative staff on protocol requirements.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, clients and partners.
•Observes service behaviors of associates and provides feedback to individuals; continuously strives to improve service performance.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 10+ years of experience
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
OD preferably private sector/consultancy/real estate
