Job Purpose

• Support in the implementation of our digital marketing platform such as the website, intranet, CRM and social media platforms
• Implement the digital marketing campaigns as per the department’s initiatives
• Contribute to the execution of social media strategy for Aldar

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
• Develop any digital, graphic design, visual communication requirement across the corporate business
• Create and design all In-house ALDAR collaterals and advertising materials (non-advertising agency work) in conjunction with the head of Digital Marketing
• Design the corporate calendar, greeting cards, brochures, promotional materials, ALDAR annual report, and sustainability reports
• Design ALDAR corporate and departmental digital marketing platform such presentations, of Aldar website (in Arabic/ English)
• Develop all customer communications through CRM
• Responsible for all Aldar digital platform such monthly newsletter, videos, graphics at Conferences, exhibition stands or at promotional events (non-advertising agency work)
• Assist other departments in their internal communication design needs as requested as per Aldar design standards
• Manage Aldar digital library of images and videos.

Social Media
• Manage social media pages across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TripAdvisor for the Aldar Corporate
• Develop communication framework to respond to visitor comments and customer queries in a timely manner in coordination with various departments like Customer service, Marketing etc.
• Act as the voice of our brand in social media; respond to customer queries and manage all social communications in line to the Retail Marketing strategies.
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
• Monitor and report on irate/controversial feedback and visitor comments
• Coordinate with various departments on daily basis for information updates and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and updates of platforms.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 8+ years of working experience in digitals marketing and social media preferably in the Real Estate sector.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
• Proficient in social media platforms
• Experience in digital marketing and social media industry.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Ability to identify and track relevant social metrics (Engagement rate, VTR etc.)
•Hands on experience with social media management for brands
•Knowledge of online marketing and social marketing channels
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills
•Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
•Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks

QUALIFICATION
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Mass Communication or related field
