Job Purpose
• Develop and lead the Aldar Community Impact Strategy
• Assist in liaising with the business for proper and smooth integration of CSR programs

Roles & Responsibility
Manage & Maintain Partners & Projects:
• Serve as primary point of contact for certain CSR partners
• Serve as primary point of contact for Impact Members (TBD)
• Support the CSR partners on developing impactful programmes and initiatives
• Partner with internal departments to enhance and expand programs, metrics, and communications
• Review performance of current CSR Projects & Programs against our KPIs and long-term goals
• Lead and/or follow up on Aldar CSR Projects (if applicable)
CSR / Impact Strategy & KPIs:
• Develop and Implement the Aldar Impact Strategy
• Collect Impact reports and report impact
• Support cascading KPIs to partners and Aldar Investment and follow up on KPIs
 
Communications:
• Support on content creation for sustainability communications for internal and external stakeholders (Press releases, presentations, newsletters, etc.)
• Monitor and update the annual communications plan which will include Group-level announcements, local and international observance dates, campaigns, etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to create compelling CSR & Sustainability stories for Aldar
• Provide content for sustainability reporting, corporate governance and other. Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility reporting process, working with other departments to collect data across full sustainability spectrum
• Assist with the development of content for Impact Group Meetings and other related meetings. 
Worker Welfare:
• Lead the worker welfare programme
• Oversee the high-level engagement and initiatives

Other
Research best practices in CSR and actively consult with team members and management as needed to formulate, recommend and implement solutions that go beyond the obvious in a timely manner
• Support on Administrative matters such as setting up meetings with CSR partners, raising purchase requests, ensuring our partners and suppliers are paid on time

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 8+ years of related experience in sustainability report development, GRI, verification, reporting indices such as DJSI, CDP, Eco Vadis and employee engagement

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Knowledge of corporate reporting against KPIs
• Experienced in writing and designing presentations, reports and info graphics
• Ability to create visual representations of data and progress
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR will be an avantage

QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on CSR, Political Science, Economics, Communication, Design, Technical Writing, Journalism, or related field
