A Supervisor, Payment Excellence plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects and programs within Aledade. Provider Networks Operations is seeking a Supervisor, Payment Excellence to support several operational functions that maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Provider Networks portfolio.
The candidate for this role is required to have strong communication, analytical, and organization skills. The Supervisor - Payment Excellence must be familiar with program/project management principles, thrive in a quickly changing environment by bringing order to ambiguous situations, deftly synthesize and connect different perspectives to drive critical projects forward in a detailed and systematic way, leverage organizational tools to accomplish key results, support a culture of clear communication, and be willing to assist in any way needed. In this role, you will undertake a variety of administrative and program management duties ranging from defining business requirements, reporting on key performance indicators, optimizing current processes and supporting the day-to-day work.
The primary responsibility of this resource is to support the Payment Excellence Portfolio managing all program operational activities inclusive of the operational staff. Core duties include: ensuring compliance and adherence to all program requirements as defined by CMS and other payers, direct customer service and operational activities to align with program SLAs, define and operationalize processes to support timely and accurate payment processing, and partner with internal Aledade teams in the maintenance of the core applications. This role will report to the Senior Director of Program Operations within Provider Networks Operations.
Primary Duties:
- Day-to-day management of assigned projects using standard project management methods that drive key business initiatives related to practice payment excellence.
- Manage and direct the work of the Project Coordinators responsible for program customer service and payment processing activities in accordance with program requirements and SLA.
- Develop processes including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documents to support business operations
- Track program requirements and changes and communicate to relevant stakeholders, including practice partners.
- Ensure timelines and key deliverables are met. Communicate successes and escalate blockers to leaders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. PMP-certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations (clinical practice, revenue cycle management, health plan performance), existing familiarity with CMS value-based care programs preferred.
- Analyst-level ability with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:
