The Partnerships team at Aledade plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth through strategic external collaborations. This team oversees the negotiation, relationship management, and execution of marketing and partnerships agendas with external partners. Partnerships Specialists are tasked with deeply understanding the goals and priorities of their assigned partners, while aligning these efforts with Aledade’s overarching growth and marketing strategies. By fostering meaningful relationships and identifying new opportunities, this role ensures the development of impactful partnerships that contribute to Aledade's success.

Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US and traveling up to 25% annually (approximately 2-4 days per month) for conferences and retreats.



Primary Duties:

Lead Generation:

    • Drive individual goals for lead generation from prospective practices by leveraging and strengthening relationships with assigned external partners and internal partners.

Partnership Planning:

    • Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners, ensuring their successful execution.

Marketing Execution:

    • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing tactics aligned with defined partnership strategies, including tradeshows, campaigns, communications, content, events, and briefing materials.

Partnership Operations:

    • Independently oversee the maintenance and tracking of partnership-related activities, including CRM data, budget activities, contracts, and statements of work (SOWs). Any additional partnership needs as provided by partnership leaders.

Research, Analysis, and Reporting:

    • Conduct online and market research to evaluate current and potential partners (e.g., PCPs, CHCs, national organizations) within assigned territories. Analyze partnership performance using critical thinking and specialized knowledge to make recommendations for future initiatives or additional contractual tactics. Create, manage, and communicate partnership performance data and insights for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or a related degree
    • 5+ years combined experience in any of the following: partner-based  marketing, strategic partnership management, sales, marketing operations, event management, agency, or marketing analytics
    • Experience cultivating state and national partnerships with not-for-profit medical associations.
    • Flexibility to travel 2-4 days per month for retreats or conferences as needed

Preferred KSA's:

    • Understanding of marketing tools, databases/database marketing and analysis, HubSpot, Google Suite, Monday.com, Excel, CRM (Salesforce preferred) and/or Marketing Automation (specifically, HubSpot) 
    • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate with advanced communication and writing skills 
    • Familiarity with primary care physicians including family physicians and internists and their member based organizations/associations or state medical societies, and an understanding of their current challenges and CME structure
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Experience in EHR partner-based marketing roles 
    • Resourcefulness and intuition; ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
    • Tradeshow and Conference management or strategy experience
    • Knowledge of Value Based Care
    • Facile with data analyses, reporting

Physical Requirements:

    • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
    • Able to sit/stand for periods of time, talk and communicate
    • Able to walk, occasionally lift/carry at least 25 pounds whilst at conferences (carry booth equipment, flyers, swag, supplies)
    • Able to stand for several hours at a time (eg. tradeshows and meetings)
    • Ability to focus and stay on task in situations where it may be loud (eg conference exhibit halls)
    • Ability to travel up to 25% across the year (approx. 2-4/days a month)
$67,000 - $77,000 a year
Salary Range: $67,000 to $77,000 base + bonus + equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
