Position: MEDICAL GROUP PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Medical Associates of Brevard (MAB), an independent physician-owned multi-specialty group practice with 47 physicians and 27 mid-level providers located in Brevard County on the central east coast of Florida, the “Space Coast”, is searching for a Medical Group Practice Administrator.

The Administrator is the senior administrative position of the group and reports to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

    • Five + years of experience in executive level medical practice management.
    • Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
    • Strong leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

    • Working with a team of administrative staff, the Administrator oversees:
    • Accounting and Financial Management
    • Revenue Cycle Management
    • Human Resources and Benefits including 401k Plan Management
    • Payroll Management
    • Payor Contracting and Credentialing
    • EMR and IT
    • Compliance and Regulatory Management
    • Population Health Management
    • Physician Contracting and Recruitment
    • Insurance needs, including Medical Malpractice, GL, Property, D&O, etc.
