Job Summary: This person will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, assisting healthcare professionals with clinical tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the clinic. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Receptionist Duties:

    • Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries effectively.
    • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
    • Handle billing and insurance verification processes.

Medical Office Assistant Duties:

    • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
    • Take and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
    • Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary supplies are available.
    • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience as a receptionist and or medical assistant in a healthcare setting.
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
    • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
