This hybrid role is based in Bethesda, MD, with in-office presence at least two days per week and additional availability for events and meetings.

Primary Duties:

    • Manage Cross-Functional Processes & Initiatives: Lead WE workstreams as assigned to enable seamless coordination and execution of high-impact corporate events such as the All Staff Retreat and other company wide initiatives. Partner with OCEO, IT, and Office of Communications leadership to produce and co-lead Monday Staff Meetings. Increase the consistency and efficiency of cross-organizational collaboration through the development, communications, and driving of project management activities.
    • Technical Lead for WE Operations: Partner with IT and Service Desk leadership and team members to spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and support of AV services for the Bethesda HQ and corporate event events and meetings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, facilitating the customer-focused management of AV equipment and technology, and ensuring high-quality delivery of AV solutions to meet organizational goals and enhance participant experiences. 
    • Centralized Workspace Systems Support: Partners with multiple team members to ensure Aledade’s office security initiatives (badges, security cameras, office access, and visitor logs) and swag procurement processes are conducted per internal policies and leadership direction. Supports the Workspaces and on-site leadership lead in the execution of existing co-working space. Serves as the main point of contact with WeWork and internal Aledade parties (finance, legal, team members, etc) to implement the current WeWork contracts which includes an office in Durham and WeWork Workplace licenses. 
    • Process Documentation and Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Process Improvements for operational activities and workstreams across the Workspaces & Experiences portfolio. Lead related continuous improvement activities, including end-to-end development, implementation, and communications of bi-directional feedback initiatives and retrospectives. 
    • Lead Special Projects As Assigned: Oversee and manage special projects, ongoing initiatives and reporting, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives. Maintain and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates to team members — taking accountability for ensuring work is prioritized and completed within the Office of the President and across the organization. Ensure key workstreams are followed through to completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 6+ years working experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Available to work across various time zones and/or non-traditional working hours on occasion, as needed
    • Based in Bethesda area; able to work in-office in a hybrid capacity
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Healthcare, or related field

Preferred KSA's:

    • Project management certification such as a CAPM or PMP strongly preferred
    • Experience with vendor management
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and navigate rapidly evolving needs
    • Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
    • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
    • Highly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projects 
    • Ability to use independent judgment and work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resilience, and a high level of ownership
$94,000 - $104,000 a year
Salary Range: $94,000 to $104,000 base + bonus + equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
