Reporting to the SVP of Transformation within the Office of the CEO, this role will serve as a hybrid subject matter expert and operational program leader, accelerating the use of AI (and especially AI agents) across key workflows such as patient outreach, scheduling, and quality measure data retrieval. The Director will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, central service operations, finance, analytics, legal, and practice-facing teams to drive strategy, implementation, and measurable impact for this critical and high visibility initiative. • Lean Startup Style Execution — Partner with product, engineering, field, and central service business leaders to ship quickly and iterate, testing key hypotheses and developing evidence for further strategic decision making and investment. This will include project planning and management that is operationally rigorous but also lean and agile.
    • Vendor and Partner Management — Source, evaluate, and manage AI and automation partners in collaboration with product, procurement, legal, finance, and security teams.
    • Executive Reporting and Communication — Create and maintain live and asynchronous forums to share updates with executive stakeholders, including the CEO, highlighting progress, impact, blockers, and decisions or assistance needed.
    • Emerging Use Case Exploration and Support for Other High Impact Gen AI Projects — Identify and validate new opportunities to apply generative AI in service of our mission and strategic objectives. This will include flexibly learning and contributing to other strategic AI initiatives, such as applications within EHR workflows at the point of care.
