Raincross Medical Group is a small group of primary care physicians that has an experienced presence in the Riverside area for over 30 years. We are currently seeking physician candidates who are interested in participating in high quality primary care and innovative practice models while working towards autonomy of practice on their own terms.

Our physicians enjoy a variety of practice backgrounds and insurance network connections. Our group members currently work under and are contracted with the following payment models:

• PPO and fee for service models

• HMO

• Medicare

• MedicAid/MediCal as IEHP

• Cash

Interests: Our practice interests range from full spectrum primary care to focused care and specialty practice. You would have the opportunity to work similarly and choose your own path. Within our practice, areas of interest may be adult and pediatric medicine, geriatrics, weight management, sleep medicine, psychiatric care, life-style medicine, and urgent care medicine.

Be in control: With our in-house billing, contracting, and management, you always have access to your bottom line

Compensation: There are a range of options on the table. Choose from a salaried or a junior partner model

• Salaried model:

o $250,000 per year

o Enjoy immediate contracting and empanelment

o Bonus options available

o Opportunity for 401k

o Partnership opportunity

• Junior partner – Take on more risk but have the ability for greater reward

o $100,000 per year guaranteed by the group

o Enjoy immediate contracting and empanelment

o Higher bonus options available

o Opportunity for 401k

o Full partnership opportunity

Urgent Care partnership participation may be available as well.

Innovative practice models: Physical space and HR cost sharing arrangements: As a group of private practice physicians, we value our ability to practice in a private practice model. To facilitate a lower cost of entry for our new partners, we have created an office sharing arrangement with existing physician practices within the group. This considerably lowers the cost of entry into private practice.

ACO participation: Our Medicare ACO allows fee for service reimbursement plus a yearly bonus is possible based on your fee for service Medicare participation.

Medicare Advantage: Depending on your performance within your capitated Medicare population, there is a bonus that is possible here as well.
