We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to guide and support Salesforce teams in the delivery of high-quality software products. The Agile Project Manager will serve as an agile-leader and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum practices are followed to optimize team performance, collaboration, and delivery. This role involves removing obstacles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning team efforts with business goals. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and skilled in stakeholder communication.
Primary Duties
- Facilitate Scrum Events: The Agile Project Manager facilitates Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring that they are conducted according to Scrum principles and that the team is prepared.
- Remove Impediments: The Agile Project Manager identifies and removes impediments that block the team's progress, such as dependencies, lack of resources, or unclear requirements.
- Coach and Mentor: The Agile Project Manager coaches and mentors the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure Scrum Framework: The Agile Project Manager ensures that the team follows the Scrum framework, including the roles, events, and artifacts, and that the team is adhering to Scrum principles and values.
- Oversee Release Process: Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to plan, manage, and execute software releases, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of recent specialized experience
- Scrum Master Certification

- Ability to guide, coach, and motivate the team to increase productivity and enhance collaboration using Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Capability to remove impediments or guide the team in removing impediments.
- Competence in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics
- Coordinate activities with other teams across the program.
- Organize and facilitate planning and coordination including release / Potentially Shippable Increments planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review/demos, and retrospectives.
- Holding teams accountable to agile SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) tenants and their internal working agreements including use of appropriate tools, standards and best practices.
- Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility.
- Proficiency in overseeing and managing scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that align with business goals.
