Position: Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary care and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. As a Family Nurse Practitioner with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive care and promote wellness within our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and counseling on preventative healthcare measures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Valid state Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-entered care
