We are actively recruiting for a Pharmacy Analyst to join our Pharmacy Team. The Pharmacy Team is responsible for identifying, implementing and monitoring pharmacy solutions to support our value based contracts. The Pharmacy Analyst will be responsible for organizing and manipulating multiple data sources as well as leveraging this data to deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders. Specifically, the Pharmacy Analyst will be responsible for the creation and dissemination of patient-level lists aimed at pharmacy improvement efforts to support value based care contracts. Eligible candidates must be comfortable collaborating across teams, organizing data, identifying trends and managing multiple data sources. Ideal candidates will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

This position may be based out of our Bethesda, MD office or remotely within the US. 


Responsibilities:

    • Pull, combine and display pharmacy data from multiple data sources including, but not limited to payer portals and payer Rx claims. 
    • Organize and manipulate data to be presented to end users in an actionable manner. 
    • Use pharmacy data to identify and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders including trends in prescribing and new opportunities for improvement. 
    • Identify, monitor and communicate changes and trends in pharmacy quality and spend metrics. 
    • Establish relationships, gather input and facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders
    • Review and research data discrepancies across sources to sustain data integrity

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
    • 1+ year(s) of experience with pharmacy data management
    • Highly organized individual 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Tools such as Google Sheets
    • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
    • Effective collaboration skills across teams
    • Proactive and self-motivated individual
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
    • Ability and comfort with tackling and prioritizing multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Basic understanding of Medicare and non-MSSP quality measures 
    • Ability to work with various software applications
