Position: Family Nurse Practitioner

Looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner for a long term, 24 - 32 hour week position, Monday through Thursday, to resume care and grow an established patient panel; age 5yo +; seeing ~12 provider visits daily with 6-8 nursing visits; emphasis on a lifestyle of wellness but ability to provide educational management to patients and families; requesting a minimum of two years experience.
