The Quality Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting practice and ACO success in Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts which rely on quality measure performance. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality Reporting, this role utilizes analytical knowledge to effectively support the strategic and operational activities of the quality reporting team. In addition, the Analyst will contribute and drive different activities with Aledade’s quality reporting team, health plan, field team and practice partners to achieve mutually defined goals. These activities include working with QRS Managers to generate weekly work queues for team members, tracking team productivity and impact and producing service statistics for field teams and / or health plans.  The Analyst must be detail-oriented, service-oriented, and possess a comprehensive understanding of data analytics practices and processes, to include graphic representations of data. 

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.

Primary Duties:

    • Develop and produce reports (based on dashboards) which function as work queue for team and track, monitor and trend team productivity
    • In support of Organizational Key Results, metrics and milestones, develop and produce service statistics for Aledade leadership, field teams and health plans 
    • Utilize automated software tools to enable refresh (vs report recreation), to include data visualizations (example, data in Monthly Market Performance meeting materials which codifies prior and current month’s service and details plan for next month’s service). 
    • Perform analysis using disparate data sets, PHI, practice EHR and payer data (example, performance trend), to include regular support on internal CQI process
    • In collaboration with QRS and other Aledade leadership, facilitate communication with internal and external key stakeholders regarding quality reporting data, strategy and operations

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
    • 1+ years of relevant work and / or internship experience. Healthcare, managed care or health plan experience is desired, but not required.
    • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables
    • Familiarity with monitoring, tracking and trending large datasets

Preferred KSA's:

    • Familiarity with HEDIS/Stars quality measures is a plus
    • Experience using Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
    • Experience with population health platform is a plus
