Position: Medical Assistant - Full Time


    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing.
    • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
    • Take patient vital signs, record medical histories, and update patient information.
    • Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment.
    • Administer injections as directed by healthcare providers.
    • Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office.


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification.
    • Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
    • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Note: Small private owned Nurse Practitioner office. Hire needs to have the ability to work in New Hanover & Brunswick County offices.
