We are currently recruiting current college and graduate students to work in various departments across the company as part of our Summer Internship program. While each Intern has a primary role, you are also encouraged to take on projects across teams. Interns receive guidance from senior leaders and take part in substantive, hands-on projects that foster an understanding of overall operations at Aledade and the function of our complex healthcare system in general. This internship will begin on June 2nd, 2025, and last for 10 weeks until August 11th, 2025.
Primary Duties:
- Support Innovation team discovery of new initiatives including conducting market research and literature reviews
- Review academic journals to identify evidence based interventions
- Work cross collaboratively with key stakeholders and internal teams
- Analyze information and make recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience analyzing and developing recommendations on a healthcare related topic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in planning and executing tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to manage tasks autonomously
- Interest and experience in healthcare
Preferred Key Skills & Abilities
- MPH (for experience with/knowledge of literature reviews)
- Experience sizing opportunities
- Experience conducting market research
- Experience conducting literature reviews
