This Technical Program Manager (TPM) role will be a critical partner to our Analytics, Product, Engineering Teams, ensuring predictable delivery of our rapidly growing AI initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, you will be instrumental in accelerating our AI strategy and execution.

As the AI Technical Program Manager, you will lead programs by: 
1. Driving creation, tracking, and communication of strategic and achievable quarterly plans with all involved delivery teams.
2. Managing program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management.
3. Implementing governance structures to manage risks and drive decision-making.
4. Contributing to organization-wide initiatives to lessen operational burden of our teams.

Primary Duties:

    • Strategic Planning and Alignment:
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align clear goals with overall business strategy, product strategy, and organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement plans that prioritize and organize initiatives based on business priorities, available resources, and dependencies.
    • Core Project Management:
    • Manage project plans, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders for special projects as assigned.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with predefined goals.
    • Risk Management and Control:
    • Identify and manage risks, including dependencies, trade-offs, and potential roadblocks.
    • Develop and implement control plans to address at-risk goals, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
    • Performance Measurement and Analysis:
    • Evaluate and measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other critical business results.
    • Analyze data to surface opportunities, risks, and trends, providing actionable recommendations to enhance overall program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years progressive experience in operations, project or program management.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

    • Track record of driving process improvement and/or change management.  
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; strong analytical skills/mindset.
    • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in healthcare technology.
    • Product Development Specific Experience:
    • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of engineering processes.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including roles such as AI researchers, software engineers  and product managers.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
    • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools commonly used in software development, such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
    • Understanding of the specific risks associated with software development projects and the ability to develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
$120,400 - $160,000 a year
The base salary/wage range for this position is: $120,400 – $160,000 USD annually. This range represents the expected base pay for the role across all U.S. locations, based on market data and internal benchmarking.
