The Senior Investor Relations Analyst plays a pivotal role in strengthening our organization's relationships with the global investment community through strategic communication and comprehensive market analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position supports critical investor engagement activities, from preparing executive presentations and earnings materials to monitoring market trends and competitor positioning. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to help execute our comprehensive global investor relations strategy that drives long-term shareholder value creation.

We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.

Primary Duties:

    • Collects and analyzes public market data for the Investor Relations team and senior leaders (ex. relative stock price movements, investors' and analysts' perceptions and opinions, stock ownership, etc) 
    • Partners in research and analysis around internal performance and forecasts; as needed executes M&A research and analysis
    • Supports strategic communication development and investor engagement; documents communications and meetings
    • Collaborates in executing the investor relations program, including strategy, budget, and the detailed execution of the IR operating plan.
    • Collaborates cross-functionally with Public Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, among other groups

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • 5+ years progressive working experience, with direct experience in data analytics focused role

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

    • Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Google Sheets, Excel and other financial planning and analysis software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to a non-financial audience
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality and natural curiosity
    • Expertise in building and delivering effective presentations tailored to the audience 
    • Comfortable tackling challenges with a high level of autonomy
    • Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

    • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
$85,000 - $114,800 a year
The base salary/wage range for this position is: $85,000 – $114,800 USD annually.
