We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team in Dhaka, driving success for Google’s advertising business in Bangladesh.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of campaign execution and client excellence, turning strategy into impact, data into insights, and relationships into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Client Partner and Brand Strategy teams to design and deliver best-in-class digital campaigns, helping some of Bangladesh’s top agencies and brands navigate the evolving world of Google Ads. If you’re passionate about digital media, data-driven marketing, and building meaningful client relationships, then this role is for you.

What you'll do:

    • Partner with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities and drive business growth across key accounts.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
    • Deliver actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign results (budget, creative, ROI, and KPIs).
    • Optimize account performance to increase investment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Ensure a first-class client experience, maintaining service-level excellence and operational efficiency.
    • Educate clients and agencies on Google Ads solutions, new product features, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to build and implement creative, high-impact campaign strategies.
    • Support the team in identifying and developing innovative ad solutions that align with client goals.
    • Manage relationships with key agencies and brand partners, fostering trust, growth, and partnership.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and inform product development.
    • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, asset tracking, and reporting workflows.

What you need for this role:

    • 3+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital campaign management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Technology.
    • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a passion for the Google Ads platform.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you love finding insights in data.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Fluency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
