About the Role
The Senior Client Solution Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with a portfolio of key advertisers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on the Pinterest platform. This role demands a highly strategic individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and a passion for the retail industry.


What you’ll do:

    • Become an expert on Pinterest's advertising products and best practices, particularly lower-funnel solutions. Educate clients on product features and benefits.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major advertisers, aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
    • Proactively cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions, to ensure client needs are met.
    • Mentor and guide other account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Share best practices and provide ongoing support.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.

What we’re looking for:

    • 7+years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and leading client communication.
    • Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented, ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
    • A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
    • A solid technical foundation and relevant experience in Search/Shopping/App/Social advertising technologies.
