Duties and responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining personnel records on the global level
• Updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Preparation of HR and labor law related documents for the entire Httpool group (employment contracts, amendments, legal
support to HR in on going termination procedures etc.)
• Preparation and revision and legal reviewal of company, HR policies
• Preparation of reports and presentations regarding HR and labor-law related topics
• Assistance to payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrangement of Visas and work permits
• Participation in HR and legal projects
• Cooperation and coordination with external local legal advisors in the field of labor and tax law
• Other Ad hoc Legal and HR related tasks

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Law
•    Previous experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
•     Previous experience working with corporate law matters, preferably in an international firm
•     Ability to work independently and organize your time and tasks accordingly
•     Ability to work in a dynamic environment, set your own priorities, and be proactive
•     Highly developed communication skills
•     Excellent knowledge of English both in verbal and written form
