We’re looking for a Sales Lead to join our team in Warsaw! In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital advertising solutions, bringing in new business, and growing client relationships in the Polish market.

What you'll do:

    • Sell Microsoft Advertising (MSA) solutions to agencies and direct advertisers across Poland.
    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and performance agencies, securing new business opportunities.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with both MSA products and Aleph’s services.
    • Collaborate closely with Aleph Client Solutions Managers to deliver value and strategic support to advertisers and agencies.
    • Gather and relay client feedback to the Microsoft Advertising team to continuously improve products and offerings.
    • Represent Aleph and Microsoft Advertising at local and regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
    • Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing, onboarding, and invoicing.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of contractual agreements, invoicing, and reporting.
    • Work cross-functionally with Aleph’s internal teams to onboard new clients and support existing ones.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to Aleph management.

What you need for this role:

    • Proven track record in digital advertising sales, business development, and client acquisition within Poland.
    • Solid understanding of the Poland digital advertising market, ideally with in-depth experience at local or regional marketing agencies.
    • Established network within the Polish advertising and marketing industry.
    • Experience pitching, onboarding, and managing performance advertisers.
    • Skilled in negotiating agency deals, public speaking at conferences, and organizing marketing events for advertisers and agencies.
    • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills in both English and Polish.
    • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Dynamic, confident personality capable of driving high-level business conversations and securing client commitments.
