About the Role:

We're looking for an awesome Pinterest Head of Global Accounts who can lead the global accounts program at Aleph and own the relationship with Pinterest Global Accounts teams, making their support available to Aleph sales teams to drive revenue growth through scalable and programmatic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Lead the Global Accounts program and strategy partnering closely with Pinterest to deliver scalable support to Aleph local sales teams to drive onboarding and growth of global accounts.
    • Program Management: Develop global best practices and playbooks for global accounts. Cascade global priorities and updates on relationship progress and blockers. Coordinate planning and lead global accounts review for new markets.
    • Collaboration: Be the key point of contact for individual global accounts internally at Aleph and externally with Pinterest.
    • Relationship Building: Build relationships with regional and global contacts within priority global accounts, leveraging this influence to drive local budget allocation.
    • Co-pitching: Co-pitch with local sales teams where required, elevating conversations by leveraging regional and global expertise

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years experience in global account management and strategic partnerships, ideally within the digital advertising or platform industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships with regional and global contacts at major clients.
    • Strong skills in co-pitching and collaborating with local sales teams to drive budget allocation and elevate client conversations.
    • Ability to build scalable models for program management and identifying new opportunities.
    • Familiarity with the operations of large global accounts (e.g., CPG, F&B) and understanding of their strategic needs.
