We are looking for a SR Client Solutions Manager to support our team in Panama!
As a SR Client Solutions Manager, you’ll partner with the Client Partner and Brand Strategist to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of high-impact, custom, and targeted media campaigns for some of the top agencies and brands in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital advertising platform while educating partners on best practices and driving measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales and Brand Strategy teams to develop strategic plans and grow new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for top clients, ensuring flawless campaign management, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, offering recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Lead education initiatives for clients and agencies on product solutions, company updates, and advertising best practices.
- Manage key account relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative decisions across stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement creative, data-driven ad solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign schedules, assets, and performance reports while ensuring service excellence.
What You Need For This Role
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management and digital media.
- Advanced English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with a passion for social media.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and AdTech tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the creativity to develop impactful advertising solutions.
