We’re looking for a Partner Director to lead regional growth by developing market strategies, building advertiser relationships, and driving acquisition efforts. You’ll manage the media partner relationship, co-create business strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale revenue and operations. This role also involves optimizing app performance, product adoption, and audience growth through localized strategies, while providing deep product insight and consultative support to the sales team and clients.

What You'll Do

    • Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets for the region
    • Manage the relationship with the media partner
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the long-term financial health of the business unit
    • Lead both internal and external QBR (Quarterly Business Review) processes
    • Manage weekly sales routines
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain strong product knowledge
    • Resolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, and support implementation of solutions to prevent future problems
    • Create innovative go-to-market strategies and drive sales growth
    • Build strong relationships with entities and industry associations in the region
    • Identify and report on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets

What You Need for This Role

    • 12–14 years of experience in online ad sales and the digital environment
    • Strong knowledge of the online/digital ecosystem is essential
    • Strong leadership skills, particularly in managing sales, finance, and support teams
    • Deep understanding of the advertiser decision-making process and ability to offer customized solutions that drive results
