We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner - Paid Search to join our team in Budapest—and this isn’t just any role. You’ll be part of the launch of Google Ads, a leading global digital platform in the Hungarian market, which is transforming the advertising landscape worldwide. You’ll be at the heart of this exciting market launch, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of the new partnership and laying the groundwork for sustained growth locally. The role offers significant ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to directly shape the future of our operations in Hungary. We’re looking for someone who understands the digital marketing ecosystem—particularly the performance agency space—and thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and manage your pipeline of potential customers and opportunities autonomously, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in performance agencies and merchant organizations.
- Provide regular sales reports and sales strategy updates to management.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, KPI results, and profitability metrics, and share them with senior management and the wider business.
- Be solutions-oriented and proactively prevent any blockers that may impact growth.
- Work with the Sales Director and marketing team to drive local go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the business to ensure optimal client experiences.
What You Need For This Role
- 3+ years of digital advertising experience, either in business development, account management or ad sales experience, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.
- Profound comprehension of the local advertising ecosystem, including a comprehensive understanding of key players and stakeholders within the industry.
- Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media.
- Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue).
- Direct experience in e-commerce and performance advertising.
- You can work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets.
