As Reddit’s sales engine in the market, we’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on hitting targets, closing deals, and building long-term client value.
This is not a maintenance role, it’s a sales-driven opportunity to introduce, pitch, and scale Reddit advertising solutions in Poland from the ground up. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, and play a key role in driving revenue growth for the market.
What you'll do:
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business with agencies and brands, selling Reddit’s advertising solutions with confidence and impact.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity to exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and drive deal closure to hit and surpass quarterly sales goals.
- Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI for clients.
- Represent Reddit at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and contribute to market growth strategy.
What you need for this role:
- Proven track record (3+ years) in digital advertising sales, online media, or ad tech, with measurable success in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in consultative selling, pitching, and closing deals in the advertising industry.
- Established network within agencies, marketing, and media in Poland.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker who can identify and seize commercial opportunities.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Ability to explain complex digital advertising concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
