This is a fast-paced, high energy, sales and account management role requiring industry expertise, and the capability to consistently grow revenue. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you will be a key part of helping us grow Aleph platforms and its advertising business.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach, you will develop keen insight into your clients’ businesses, and help them meet their marketing objectives by using Aleph platforms.
    • You will deliver value to Aleph advertisers via strong analytical abilities, communication skills and deep subject matter expertise of Aleph platforms promoted products.
    • You will lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable campaign solutions for advertisers.
    • You will execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards. You will resolve campaign issues, identify and implement process improvements with guidance from your Manager and by partnering with Ad Operations on more complex issues as necessary.
    • You will cultivate client relationships, upsell new ideas, and drive contract completion and renewals.

Skills and Experience Required:

    • Have strong commitment to beat targets, passionately positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
    • Have strong quantitative background in finding trends and opportunities within data.
    • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for actively resolving issues.
    • Have the ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.

Core and Functional Skills & Knowledge:

    • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant experience).
    • 2 years of related experience in the digital or media industry.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
