Through Aleph, Spotify’s exclusive sales partner in Ireland, we’re looking for a Client Partner to join our growing team and help scale Spotify’s advertising business locally. This is your chance to shape the sound of brand success in Ireland by empowering agencies and advertisers to harness the power of audio, podcasts, and cutting-edge digital media.

What you'll do:
- Represent Spotify’s advertising solutions in the Irish market through our partnership with Aleph
- Lead conversations with brands and agencies, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage Spotify to reach the right audience
- Build, grow, and manage strong relationships with media agencies and key advertisers
- Inspire clients with Spotify's full range of ad formats - from audio to video to podcast integrations
- Educate partners through impactful presentations, hands-on training, and data-driven storytelling
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to campaign strategy, proposal development, and execution
- Collaborate closely with our global Spotify and Aleph teams to ensure client success and campaign excellence
- Stay on top of market trends, consumer behavior, and platform innovations to deliver proactive recommendations
- Accurately maintain pipelines and forecasting via our CRM tools (Salesforce & Spotify systems)
What you need for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or client-facing roles at media agencies or tech platforms
- Deep understanding of how agencies and brands plan, buy, and measure media campaigns - especially in audio or programmatic
- Passion for Spotify, audio innovation, and the evolving digital media landscape
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you can turn data into insights and insights into action
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs a plus
- Business-level English and strong knowledge of the Irish media market
