Responsibilities:

    • Mapping out the Polish startup ecosystem and establishing relationships with the biggest partners (eg accelerators, incubators, venture capitalists, startups, events etc.)
    • Building an ecosystem and infrastructure focused on startups and high growth companies, including but not limited to startup founders and executives, seed investors,
    • venture capital firms, private equity funds, startup accelerators, hubs, policy makers and similar.
    • Identifying startups with the biggest growth potential and developing and executing strategic initiatives covering priority verticals, such as : gaming, mobile apps, ecommerce and similar.
    • Building and maintaining close relationships with C-level decisions makers within the ecosystem.
    • Creating the workflow and processes for appropriate startups screening, sourcing and monitoring.
    • Evangelizing Httpool brand and values, creating “go to partner” perception across the startup ecosystem
    • Representing Httpool at startup events

Requirements:

    • Higher education in Business administration or similar; Previous experience working in the startup ecosystem for at least 3 years
    • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and startup business development cycle and challenges. 
    • Highly developed communication skills.
    • Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus.
